Conversion does not run
If the conversion process is not running you should check you have correctly set up the conversion trigger and also have a matching status on the quote object. If this all looks right and the process is still not working please get in touch and let us know there is an issue.
Error when converting
If get an error when converting you should carefully ready the error and check the user has access to the field / object that is mentioned. If the error is not related to user permissions or you feel like you need some help, feel free to get in touch and we will be happy to help you out.
If you are getting an error that is preventing you from saving Quotes and you would like to temporarily disable the conversion trigger while you resolve the issue, you should set the conversion trigger to Disabled to deactivate the process.
Disable Variations
When first installed the package will add a variation record type to the Quote object. You will see this as an option every time you create a new quote. If you do not need to use variations on your orders you should disable the variation record type. To disable the record type and remove the option when creating quotes navigate to Setup->Object Manager->Quote->Record Types and press the edit button. When the edit window opens uncheck the active checkbox and save the record.
After deactivating the record type it may take a couple of hours for the variation option to disappear from the new quote creation process. Do not be concerned if the change is not immediate
