Does the package support multiple currencies?

Yes! The converted order will have the same currency as the source quote.

I get an error when I try to convert, what should I do?

First off you should read the error message to see if it gives you any info. Check your user permissions and check the trouble shooting page for solutions. If that does not help you should disable the process until you can get it sorted out and send us a message, we will get you running in no time.

Can I disable the conversion process without uninstalling the app?

Yes, if you set the conversion trigger to a value that does not exist in your Quote status picklist, the process will never run.
